Some devices will subscribe you through the account associated with your device. In these cases, you will receive an email to "Complete Your Account Setup!" soon after subscribing with a link to SET UP MY ACCOUNT so you can set your password. If you have difficulty locating the email or if it has since expired, please visit: www.hmnow.com/forgot-password to request a password reset link.
iOS or Apple TV Subscriptions
If a subscription was registered through an iOS device or Apple TV and you do not receive a Welcome email, or if you are unable to watch video content on your iOS device or Apple TV, please troubleshoot by following the steps below:
Try using the Restore Purchase feature in the Hallmark Movies Now app.
- Open the Hallmark Movies Now app and tap Join Now.
- On the next page, enter your first name, last name, and the same email address you used the first time you attempted to sign up. Then click Continue.
- On the next page, click Restore Previous Purchases.
After a few brief moments of activity, the app should take you to a Welcome screen, and you will receive a “Complete Your Account Setup!” email with instructions on how to set up a password so you can log into your new account on any of our supported devices!
Premium Channel or On Demand subscriptions
Please visit Service Availability through cable or premium channels for information about accessing Hallmark Movies Now subscriptions started through Cable On Demand or as a Premium Channel through a streaming service such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV Channels, or The Roku Channel.
