We are unable to assist directly with subscriptions created through Sling. A subscription made through the Hallmark Movies Now app or website (www.hmnow.com) will not have access to HMN on Sling and vice versa.
For any and all billing issues through Sling, subscribers can go online. Log onto Sling.com, click on My Account and change subscription.

If you have difficulties, you can contact Sling customer support at https://help.sling.com/. Be sure to tell the Sling agent that you have Hallmark Movies Now through your Sling package.
